More Sleepless Night For Governor Hope Uzodimma As The Federal High Court Adjourned the Case.
According to the Reform and Advancement party (RAP) and it’s Governorship candidate in the last 2019 election in Imo state, Governor Hope Uzodimma is not the rightful candidate for All Progress Congress in imo state and was never supported by APC in imo state.
Mr. Okereke, the Governorship candidate of RAP party had approached Federal High court Abuja, to seek for Judicial interpretation regards to if truly APC as a political Party Sponsored Hope Uzodinmma as their Candidate, because according him, Uche Nwosu, the son In-Law of the then Imo state Governor, Rochas Okorocha, was the rightful candidate.
Meanwhile, it was said that Uche Nwosu later got another ticket from AA, because the former National head of APC, Adams Oshiomole didn’t allow Uche Nwosu to replace his father in law, as Imolites as a whole kicked against it.
Uche Nwosu who later went to AA for another ticket, there by possessing two governorship tickets, one from APC and the other from AA. Now, Uche Nwosu was not recognized by APC by AA, that’s why he Contest under AA party.
Again, APC under Adams gave the same ticket to Senator Hope Uzodimma, who contested for the governorship election In 2019 election in imo state, and later came 4th position, while Emeka Ihedioha was declared the Winner of the April 2019 governorship election In imo state.
Then, come 14th of January, the game changed, and the person who took fourth position was declared winner of the 2019 governorship election in Imo state, by the Supreme Court sitting in Abuja, disgracefully sacking Emeka Ihedioha in the seat of power.
But now, Mr. Okereke from RAP party rose again to file an Application challenging The victory of Hope Uzodimma who came fourth position, and later was declared winner, and according to him, APC never supported Hope Uzodimma and as it may, Uche Nwosu was rightful candidate of APC.
Again, the Federal High court sitting in Abuja has adjourned the case till 20th of July, now, what becomes the Hope of Governor Hope Uzodimma if he is finally sacked by the Federal High court..? What would he do…?
