The letter submitted to court dated today 11th June 2020 in Anambra state high court.
It can be recalled that sometime time last year Mr Peter made a viral video where he announced his supposedly show in Asaba to his fans.
Watch the video of the announcement:
The ambassador to the organisation Amb. Prosper Ibezim told Sky Gospel News TV that contrary to the agreement signed with Mr Peter and full payment made to him to attend the event, that Mr Peter didn’t show up for the event and this singular act has cost the organisation so many damages he said.
Prior to the day of the event an insider who pleaded anonymity told Sky Gospel News TV that Rude boy Peter’s twin brother disclosed to him that his brother will not attend the event, when asked reasons Rude boy said “I know the type of brother I have, he will not attend the show even though he has collected the money” Mr Paul said.
How the whole story started.
How Mr P Of P-Square defrauded west Africa Youth support development Forum (WAYSDF) and ECOWAS YOUTH COUNCIL, the two organisations paid him money to come and perform at the youth event.
The inauguration of west Africa champions league, At Steven keshi Stadium Asaba last year June 16th. After he collected the money and did a video that he was coming live to the event But refused to show up which later crashed the dream of the organization to give better opportunity to youths.
The program who saw both the efforts of former under 20 and 17 national team coach, coach Sam John Obuh and other host of celebrities who honored the event to support our youth development through sports was caught caught short by angry youths who felt that they have been scammed and deceived by the organisers of the programme by using Mr Peter to advertise the program when they knew quiet well he was not going to be there.
Mr P fraudulent act has killed the vision and made all the efforts useless. WAYSDF and West Africa Youth council (ECOWAS) has sue him for over N500m. After the organization has wrote to him severally to refund the money but he refused, WAYSDF President has already called Mr Peter out on a viral video since he was proving stubborn not to return the money or give reasons for his damaging actions.
Watch the video below:
We gathered that it was Mr Peter’s stubbornness that landed the case in court. And now the organisation is claiming damages of over N500m.
Will Mr Peter survive this or will it be the end of his career?. More details after the court sitting.
